- Du berätst dieLinienverantwortlichen vor und während derReintegration
- Du arbeitest aktiv mit inArbeitsgruppen zur Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs CaseManagement
- Du verfügst über mindestens fünfJahre Berufserfahrung als Case Managerin oder Case Manager oder ineiner vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Aufbauend aufdeiner Ausbildung in einem sozialen, medizinischen oderkaufmännischen Bereich hast du dich umfassend weitergebildet,z. B. mit einem CAS in Case Management, Arbeitsintegration,Job Coaching, Supported Employment, HR-Fachausbildung oderSozialversicherungsfachausweis
- Du kennst dieSozialversicherungen und deren Leistungen sehrgut
- Bei der täglichen Arbeit denkst undhandelst du betriebswirtschaftlich, ganzheitlich und prozess- sowiezielorientiert
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Aufgabengrosser Komplexität zu überblicken, Prioritäten zu setzen und dichabzugrenzen
- Es gelingt dir gekonnt, mitunterschiedlichen Ansprechgruppen zu kommunizieren, und deineStärke liegt in deiner hohenBeratungskompetenz
- Du arbeitest selbstständigund eigenverantwortlich und schätzt es, neben deinemHaupteinsatzgebiet auch in anderen Regionen zuunterstützen.
- Du bist bilingue Deutsch /Französisch oder sprichst, schreibst und verstehst beide Sprachenauf Niveau GER C2.
