Are you ready to take your finance career to a global stage making a significant impact and thriving in a collaborative, innovative environment? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Basel as Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and maintaining our global controlling and reporting processes, ensuring that our financial operations are seamless and standardised across all regions. Key Responsibilities
Enhance the relevance and efficiency of our reporting and forecasting processes, and key metricsActively contribute to the implementation of new budgeting and forecasting toolsCreate global standard reports by retrieving data from various systems ensuring complianceGenerate, review, and consolidate forecasts and support in the month end closing for the Jet Aviation groupUpdate, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of the consolidated budget including follow up on deviationsAssist in various Financial Planning and Analysis related projectsPrepare and develop financial reports and presentations for the senior management and shareholdersDevelop, update and maintain Financial Planning and Analysis policies and proceduresGuide finance departments worldwide for aligned and effective execution of reporting and controlling tasksWhat We OfferBe part of a team that influences financial strategies and decisions on a worldwide scaleCollaborative environment, sharing insights and best practicesOpportunities for career advancement and professional development in a dynamic and fast paced global organizationInnovative culture, valuing creativity, initiative and continuous improvementHybrid work model with 40% home officeIdeal ProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting or related field Proven experience in financial planning and analysisAbility to develop complex financial modelsProficiency in Excel and Power PointKnowledge of SAP/SAP BW is an advantageCollaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skillsSharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracyDriving for results in a faced paced environmentIf you are interested in a multicultural, challenging and innovative working environment and your profile matches our requirements, we are looking forward to receiving your online application in English.
