Responsibilities:

  • As an experienced commercial expert in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in the field of immunology, you will independently manage the follow-up of our long-standing clients (KOL, specialist doctors, etc.) in French-speaking Switzerland. You will ensure, as a trusted partner, the prescription and optimal use of our products.
  • Your continuous analysis and observations of clients and the market, along with your creativity and innovative strength, enable you to identify potentials and opportunities in a timely manner. With this, you will assist our clients in a targeted manner to optimize patient and therapy management.
  • For this purpose, you will use all means of communication, organize customer events to foster scientific exchanges, and efficiently utilize your activities and resources to improve patient treatments.
  • In close collaboration with our marketing team, you will actively support the implementation of our national strategy in your sector.
  • In all your activities, you will ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Functie-eisen

Who we are looking for:

  • University degree (pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine, economics) and/or medical delegate examination.
  • Several years of experience in the sale of pharmaceutical products, preferably in immunology, dermatology, or rheumatology.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic market as well as in a "high-performance" team.
    Strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as customer and service orientation.
  • Innovative strength, a great ability to creatively solve problems, and motivation to actively participate in change in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, networking qualities.
  • High level of personal responsibility for self-management of your own territory.
    Strong ability to work in a team to achieve national goals.
  • Good time and organizational management and motivation for personal development.
  • Excellent command of French, understanding of English and German is desired, and interest in new digital communication formats.
