Ce que vous accomplissez
  • Création et réalisation des recettes pour la rénovation des produits ainsi que le développement de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec d'autres secteurs, de la conception à l'industrialisation
  • Définition des paramètres process de nouveaux produits et des plans de contrôle en collaboration avec les équipes Industrialisation, qualité et production
  • Planification, réalisation, documentation et interprétation des résultats des essais manuels et industriels en assurant le respect des délais, coûts et conformités aux réglementations
  • Transfert technologique à la production et suivi des premières productions
  • Membre des équipes projets innovation composés des achats, marketing, production, AQ, législation, développement, packaging
  • Propositions au marketing de nouveaux concepts en lien avec la stratégie d'entreprise
  • Veille technologique et scientifique au travers des contacts réguliers avec les fournisseurs ou la participation à des salons d'innovation
    Ce que vous apportez
    • Bildung: Ãtudiant*e (Uni/HES/ES)
    • Expérience professionnelle: Expertise de minimum 5 ans dans l'industrie alimentaire, dans le développement de produits et l'industrialisation de technologies - idéalement dans le domaine des produits laitiers
    • Expérience ou motivation pour le travail en milieu industriel
    • Maîtrise de l'approche HACCP
    • Pragmatique, esprit d'initiative, rigoureux et orienté solution
    • Très bonnes capacités de travail de manière autonome, bonne aptitude de communication et pour le travail en équipe
    • Connaissances des méthodes LEAN et des outils SAP et LIMS est un avantage
    • Français (excellentes connaissances)
    • Allemand (bonnes connaissances)
    • Anglais (bonnes connaissances)
