Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste en Business Intelligence & Reporting talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que consultant(e). Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’aider nos clients à exploiter leurs données afin de prendre des décisions stratégiques éclairées. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, analyser les données, et fournir des rapports et des visualisations de haute qualité.
Responsabilités principales :
Analyse des besoins : Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs objectifs commerciaux et définir les exigences en matière de reporting et de Business Intelligence.Développement de solutions : Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord, rapports et autres solutions de BI personnalisées en utilisant des outils tels que Power BI, Tableau, ou d'autres plateformes similaires.Extraction et transformation des données : Rassembler, nettoyer, et transformer les données provenant de diverses sources pour assurer leur qualité et leur pertinence.Interprétation des données : Analyser les données pour identifier les tendances, les insights et les opportunités d'amélioration des processus d'affaires.Documentation et formation : Créer de la documentation détaillée sur les processus et les outils développés, et former les utilisateurs finaux pour garantir une adoption efficace des solutions proposées.Support continu : Fournir un support continu aux clients pour optimiser les solutions de reporting et de BI, et répondre à leurs questions ou besoins évolutifs.Veille technologique : Rester à jour sur les nouvelles tendances et technologies dans le domaine de la Business Intelligence et des outils de reporting.Compétences et qualifications :
Expérience : Expérience préalable en Business Intelligence, analyse de données, ou développement de rapports, idéalement en tant que consultant(e).Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Power BI. Connaissance des langages SQL, DAX, et d’autres langages de requête ou de programmation.Analyse de données : Solides compétences en analyse de données, avec une capacité à transformer des données complexes en insights actionnables.Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à la fois à l’écrit et à l’oral, avec une capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques pour les non-experts.Autonomie et proactivité : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec une forte orientation client et un souci du détail.Langues :
La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle, toute autre langue est un atout.Lieu de travail :
