Tasks and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams for a GXP-regulated environment.
- Design and create detailed process flows and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and revise existing documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with evolving GXP standards.
- Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding of security and compliance processes.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Technical Writing, Communications).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer or process documenter in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience working under GXP requirements.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in designing detailed process flows and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
- Ability to interpret and document complex processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) preferred.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes preferred.
- Certification in technical writing or regulatory affairs preferred.
- All candidates must provide a Criminal record (not older than 3 months)
