Join a high end goods company in the accounting team. You are responsible for managing supplier invoices, employee expenses, inter-company transactions, bank reconciliation, payment processing, month-end closing, fixed asset recording, audit preparation, and special projects for multiple European entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

German and English skills are required in this position.
Description
- Book suppliers invoices and employees expenses;
- Issue and book intercompany invoices and invoices to third parties;
- Book and reconcile bank accounts
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Prepare payment runs for all European entities in compliance with aging policies;
- Continuing to improve the system based purchase to pay process;
- Complete month-end closing and reporting for three legal entities in Switzerland in accordance with corporate closing calendar;
- Book period-end entries like accruals, prepayments and recurring journals;
- Record all movements regarding fixed assets (purchase, disposal and depreciation);
- Support the preparation of audit documentation and statutory reports;
- Support special tasks and projects.
Profile
- At least 2-3 years of Accounting experience in company with international operations in a similar position;
- Very strong analytical skills and used to work with high precision;
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) in German and English is a must; Italian is a plus;
- Proficient in both Microsoft Office applications and SAP;
- Flexible, team player, independently, be self-motivated and with hands-on approach;
