Pharma International is Roche's global business network (excluding the US and Japan) of over 15 '000 people whose vision is to bring medicines to patients in the fastest possible way. Pharma International is transforming how it does business and how we work together for patients and customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant utilizing specific business knowledge and experience of Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Asia to bring high level effective business consultation into the pharma European area.  

  • Proactively support Stewardships and Dual Passports bringing insights on learnings, pharma business and cultural approaches that can bring global success.

  • Catalyze the delivery of PI priorities and WP outcomes in line with the global insights and business examples.

  • Drive a Network Way of Working that connects Europe with Asia, Eastern Europe and other areas.  

  • Bring specific insights and learnings from other continents analyzing the difficulties and challenges that occur across cultures and healthcare systems and incorporate these into consultancy.  

Who you are:

  • You have experience working in Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Asia in a Pharma General Manager role

  • You have experience working in Global Product Strategy

  • You are an experienced and highly creative leader of cross-functional and networked teams, who knows how to both find and develop diverse talent and connect them to the wider enterprise.

  • You have a successful track record of role modeling and passionately advocating VACC leadership.

  • You maintain a global strategic mindset and inspire high performance of a multi-generational self-organized empowered teams

  • You can operate at a strategic level AND you can be hands-on - all in service of our North Star and the ecosystem. 

  • You are an effective global communicator and you mobilize teams to our purpose and vision.

  • You attract, retain, develop and place diverse talent across the enterprise.
