Your Responsibilities

  • Direct and inspire a team of 8 FTEs logistics professionals managing a comprehensive suite of export services including air, ocean, road and courier delivery

  • Pioneering stakeholder management strategies, including the implementation of KPIs, managing escalations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvements

  • Take the helm in cost management, meticulously overseeing cost validations and efforts to reduce expenditure associated with shipments

  • Partner with Center of Excellence Head in Switzerland, fostering robust relationships with both internal teams and external customers to ensure peak service delivery

  • Play a key role in supporting the Regional Logistics Procurement Category Manager with supplier performance reviews and management

  • Lead the charge in digital transformation within the logistics sector, ensuring seamless integration with current systems and advancing our digital footprint

  • Uphold and reinforce our commitment to compliance, incorporating safety, customs, trade regulations and ISO standard

Your Background

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or a Transportation related discipline

  • Brings a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a logistics or related field, with a proven track record in leadership positions

  • Have an exceptional grasp of logistics operations, with a strategic and tactical mindset that drives operational success

  • Exhibit a rich background in freight forwarding, showcasing an intimate understanding of both carrier operations and internal logistics frameworks

  • Excellent communication (English and German) and interpersonal skills
