Das Restaurant und die Wellnessanlage sind nicht nur für Hotelgäste, sondern auch für Gäste aus der Umgebung ein beliebter Treffpunkt. Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage mit gutem Autobahn- und ÃV-Anschluss ist das Hotel sehr gut erreichbar.

Réceptionist:inDein Wirkungsbereich:
  • Sicherstellung des Ablaufs an der Réception
  • Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Hotelgäste
  • Bearbeitung und Erfüllung der Gästewünsche
  • Check-in und Check-out der Hotelgäste
  • Bedienung der Telefon- und Informationszentrale
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Reservationen
  • Durchführung eines professionellen Reklamationsmanagements
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Tagesabschlüssen
  • Pflegen der Buchungskanäle
  • Erledigung von verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der «Sorell Standards», Hygiene- sowie Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Gewährleistung eines äusserst sorgfältigen Umgangs mit Lebensmitteln, Verbrauchs- und Gebrauchsmaterialien, Geräten und Maschinen mit dem Ziel, der Umwelt Sorge zu tragen und die Nachhaltigkeit zu fördernDu arbeitest in der Frühschicht zwischen 06:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr und in der Spätschicht zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 23:00 Uhr.
    Deine Stärken:
    • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ oder abgeschlossene Hotelfach-Ausbildung EFZ
    • Erste Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption wünschenswert
    • Gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
    • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    • Teamfähigkeit
