About the JobWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to drive sustainable growth in sales revenue and profit for our company's products in Printing & Stretching applications. Your RoleThis role will focus on acquiring new prospects and nurturing existing customer relationships through a structured sales approach, incorporating sales strategies, customer analysis, technical advice, and follow-up. The primary objective is to close sales and identify new opportunities for business expansion. Your Tasks
- Execute strategic plans to acquire new customers in alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance sales services and support for existing customer base to foster long-term relationships and maximize sales potential.
- Compile technical sketches for the fabrication department to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Update and maintain customer information in the Sales CRM database system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support sales and business objectives.
- Proven work experience, demonstrating a track record of success in screen printing.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, with familiarity in BRM and CRM practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
- Relationship management skills with openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- English proficiency level B2 or above.
