We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager.


Job description
•    Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from proposal stages through to delivery.
•    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
•    Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
•    Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes of scope, developing mitigation strategies.
•    Drive the adoption and integration of PLM and MES solutions into the customers’ organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
•    Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project execution.
•    Report project status, issues, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
•    Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.
•    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project success, according to the group’s processes

Your profile
•    Proven experience as an Engagement Manager with a focus on PLM and MES systems, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
•    Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) concepts and tools.
•    Experience in managing Turn-key projects 
•    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
•    Proficient in project management software and tools.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams and to lead cross-functional groups.
•    Strong decision-making capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
•    Project Management certifications are a plus.
