Was können Sie bewirken?

2nd-Level-Support: Sie unterstützen die Techniker bei Inbetriebnahmen und sind die wichtigste Schnittstelle zur Lösung technischer Probleme.Fernzugriff: Sie evaluieren Störungsursachen durch Fernzugriff auf Bestandsanlagen und nehmen kleinere Softwareanpassungen vor.Verwaltung der Fernwartungslösung: Sie betreuen und optimieren die Fernwartungslösung.Schulung und Wissensmanagement: Sie erstellen Schulungsunterlagen, führen interne Schulungen durch und bauen das Wissensportal (WIKI) kontinuierlich aus.Technische Unterstützung: Sie stehen den Technikern bei technischen Anfragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Damit dies gut gelingt, ist Ihr Profil

Technische Ausbildung: Eine Grundausbildung als Automatiker, Elektroplaner, Elektriker oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld ist wünschenswert.Problemlösungsfähigkeit: Sie gehen komplexe technische Probleme systematisch an und finden schnelle Lösungen.Effizienz: Sie setzen Prioritäten richtig und arbeiten effizient, um eine schnelle Reaktionszeit auf Supportanfragen zu gewährleisten.Dokumentationsgeschick: Sie erstellen klare und präzise Supportberichte.Softwarekenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in Steuerungssoftware wie Codesys und TIA Portal sind von Vorteil.Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B1) und hervorragende Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift.MS-Office: Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office runden dein Profil ab.
