ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform and associated applications. You will work closely with the Product Management team to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams. You will also be expected to perform quality checks on the development delivered by vendors.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions on the platform, and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.
  • Configure support models (categories, groups, SLAs) in ServiceNow based on service or change requests.
  • Create reports and dashboards utilizing both standard reporting and performance analytics widgets.
  • Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow, as well as develop system integrations and process automation.
  • Develop and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs of various complexity.
  • Coordinate the execution of platform upgrades across all ServiceNow instances in the CCH landscape.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • You are a talented, engaged, and capable individual who is eager to learn and grow in a unique cross-functional environment.
  • You have 3-5 years of IT Operations experience and 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM administration in an enterprise environment.
  • You have participated in creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
  • You are technically savvy with experience in JavaScript, XML, or HTML.
  • You have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
