Communications InternThe Communications plays a crucial role in capturing and documenting the intricate processes of engine assembly and disassembly during maintenance procedures. This documentation will serve as a vital training resource, enabling personnel not directly involved in the project to learn and understand these critical processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital photography and filming, editing photos and films, technical communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to present complex information in an accessible and educational manner with these means of communication.

This position reports into LTV/Subsidiary. Your tasks
  • Capture (photos and filming), document, and detail all steps of engine assembly and disassembly during maintenance operations for the purpose of creating comprehensive training materials.
  • Promote and live a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization.
    Position Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to thoroughly understand and record each step of the engine maintenance process, including assembly and disassembly.
  • Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including written procedures, diagrams, and video recordings, that meets the educational needs of trainees.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with company standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of quality and reliability.
  • Support the Training Services department by contributing to the development and continuous improvement of training modules and resources.
  • Act as a liaison between the maintenance and training departments to ensure accurate and effective transfer of knowledge.
