Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:
• advise and support to business divisions and Group Functions regarding their electronic archiving needs in accordance with legal and regulatory and internal requirements
• conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify risks of non-compliance to policy and related records management risk controls and related reporting
• provide Records Management subject matter expertise to assess impact of changing requirements to our processes and archives
• collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and clients to ensure the identification of applications, which are required to archive
Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Documents Archiving & Records Management crew, which is part of the foundation stream called Client Document and Records Management. You will be based in Zurich, working globally as a Product Manager with your pod to deliver excellent Appraisal and Onboarding services.
We as a crew act as the facilitator to enable UBS to comply with respective laws and regulations through sustainable services, solutions and governance. We provide the memory of the bank: protected, regulatory compliant, with capable information retrieval, and future-proof services.
Your expertise
• a university degree or business degree
• experience in business analysis and/or project management and/or affinity to information technology
• technically minded with strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization and good at enabling effective interaction with key stakeholders
• organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks within multiple concurrent activities, client and result oriented
• very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
• experience in a similar role of information governance (records management, document management, information management) is a plus
• delivery of demanding services to clients and stakeholders, ideally within the financial services industry or similar areas
• organized, focused and passionate in delivering business value for our clients and stakeholders
