Main Responsibilities
Management and responsibility of the operations department with the following areas of expertise:Production – Skilled in mechanical wristwatch assembly, ensuring the highest quality standards (Lean Production)Process – Expertise in planning assembly processes, resource allocation, and process optimizationQuality management – Proficient in quality planning throughout the product development lifecycle and skilled in quality control during assembly processes and supplier management, including selection and developmentLogistics – Experienced in procurement, production, and distribution as well as in logistics planningAfter Sales Service (SAV) – Responsible for the global SAV network organization and implementation in SwitzerlandCollaborate closely with product development teams, particularly in simultaneous engineering within a matrix organizational structure, including the reporting functionTake charge of production planning and procurement requirements in coordination with salesSupporting the interfaces between development, production, and salesYour Qualifications
Completed education as a qualified mechanical engineer or equivalentDemonstrated expertise with several years of experience in industrial manufacturing (vehicle construction, watch industry, precision engineering)Possess a thorough understanding of both process and product dynamicsExperience in Lean Production and simultaneous engineeringFamiliarity with quality management methods, ideally automotive standardsAdvantageous to have experience in project management, particularly in construction and development projectsStrong leadership qualities and previous experience in leadership rolesFluent proficiency in German, English, and FrenchSkilled in computer applications, including Office and ERP systemsCharacterized by high resilience, enthusiasm, teamwork, and excellent communication abilitiesWhat you can expect
