Are you available now for a new challenge ? Are you at ease with Quality Assurance and looking to manager a team ?

We're looking for a QA Manager - 6 months temporary position

Our client is based in Zurich canton and specialised in pharmaceutical area.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA system meeting costumer an d registration systems requirements
• Manage the monitoring, measurement and review of internal quality processes
• Ensure that all quality systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certified bodies
• Perform corrective action investigations, determining root causes and defining corrective/preventive action measures
• Execute internal and external audits
• Respond to costumer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
• Etablish and refine quality sign-off instructions, standards and documentation
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the QMS. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

  Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurances's methodologies and standard
  • Complete understanding of Quality practices, safe practices and procedures
  • Excellent presentation and communication skillsMargot Ferraton
