Das Kongresszentrum wird ebenfalls von Hyatt betrieben und bietet Platz für bis zu 2.500 Gäste. Das Hotel befindet sich an der zentralsten und am besten angebundenen Lage der Schweiz, im Herzen Europas.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Mithilfe beim Führen des Teams und zu coachen, um aussergewöhnliche Ergebnisse im Bereich des Gästeservices und der Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit zu erzielen
- Mithilfe bei der Übernahme der Führung beim Aufbau von Gästebeziehungen
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Gästezufriedenheit; Einbindung des Service- und Küchenteams
- Mitplanen, delegieren und Mitüberwachen der täglich anfallenden betrieblichen Aufgaben
- Kommunikation mit den anderen Hotelabteilungen, um einen ordnungsgemässen Betrieb zu gewährleisten
- Sicherstellen, dass die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants auf unterstützende und flexible Weise mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenarbeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnis und Verständnis aller Speisen und Getränke auf der Speisekarte und die Fähigkeit, Kombinationen von Speisen und Getränken sowie Upselling-Alternativen zu empfehlen
- Sicherstellen, dass die Standards von Hyatt umgesetzt werden
- Verstehen und striktes Einhalten der im Mitarbeiterhandbuch festgelegten Regeln und Vorschriften sowie der Hotelrichtlinien zu Feuer, Hygiene, Gesundheit und Sicherheit
- In Abwesenheit der Restaurantleiters Erstellung der Dienstpläne unter Berücksichtigung des zu erwartenden Geschäfts.
