Sefar is the world’s leading manufacturer of precision fabrics from monofilaments for the screen printing and filtration markets. Sefar products are used in a wide variety of industries, reaching from electronics, graphics, architecture, medical, automotive, food and pharmaceutical applications to mining and refining, aerospace and smart fabrics.
Sefar operates weaving mills in Switzerland, Romania and Thailand.
With Monosuisse, the Sefar Group has its own yarn production with locations in Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Mexico and Germany.
Based on extensive know-how, our global network of subsidiaries, and manufacturing centers in 27 countries on 6 continents, we can quickly and efficiently help our customers to achieve the best results in their industrial processes and applications. About the JobMain Objectives of the job:
- Maintain a proper sales channel mix in the responsible countries in line with our strategic long term partners.
- Increase Sefar Sales and market share in the responsible countries / region/application.
- Develop marketing & sales plans for Life Science.
- Actively participate in the sales and marketing activities and meetings.
- To develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected
countries / region/application.

3. Position Sefar strategically well for long term success Your Tasks1. Constantly monitor and update the information about customer needs and competitors;
communicate actively to Sefar India management team.
2. Identify new opportunities in the region.
3. Minimize accounts receivables; anticipate risk of loss by taking appropriate measures. Evaluate
credibility of new accounts (in conjunction with our finance department).
4. Develop and maintain price structure for the region/application, maintaining a reasonable sales margin
5. Secure sustainable growth of business.
6. Customer wise Annual Budgeting and keep a monthly track to achieve the yearly budget. Your Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Graduate – Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a reputed institution.
Experience:-
At least 3-4 years of sales experience in related industry is required
