Randstad Lugano, per conto di un suo stimato cliente, società farmaceutica con sede a Lugano, seleziona per un responsabile delle produzioni biotecnologiche.

Principali responsabilità :

- Responsabile della buona riuscita delle produzioni biotechnologiche per conto terzi (CDMO): sintesi, purificazioni di ADC,colture cellulari CHO (upstream and downstream) ; tecniche cromatografiche; filtrazioni tangenziali

- Supporto diretto agli operatori e alla linea produttiva.

- Contatto con il cliente esterno nella gestione progetti CDMO

- Formazione del personale di reparto anche in ambito sicurezza

- Ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi e delle procedure di pulizia e di manutenzione
- Stesura e revisione documentazione di reparto

- Condurre il team di reparto in modo efficace e efficiente in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.

- Programmazione turni e orari di lavoro del reparto in base alla programmazione della produzione

- Gestione e coordinamento della manutenzione interna (svolta da tecnici di produzione o servizi) ed esterna

Qualifikationen

Sono richiesti :

- Titolo di studio: Laurea in biotecnologie o chimica

- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza professionale in posizione analoga
- Conoscenza delle normative cGMP
- Esperienza di lavoro in classe A-B-C
- Esperienza in anticorpi monoclonali coniugati, sintesi e purificazione
- Esperienza con citotossici (classe 3-4 Safebridge) e lavorazioni in glove-box
- Preferenziale: esperienza, in sintesi, e purificazione di colture cellulari CHO
- Esperienza in avviamenti di nuove produzioni / scale up / trouble shooting / CDMO
- Esperienze in qualifiche di impianti cGMP

Manageriali/trasversali:
- Capacità organizzative
- Capacità di pianificazione
- Capacità relazionali e comunicative (interfaccia con il cliente e autorità ispettive)
- Orientamento al problem solving e al risultato finale
- Esperienza in gestione di un team
- Lingua: Italiano o Inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Preferenziale: Conoscenze leggi LL in ambito turni, in Svizzera; Conoscenze informatiche (ERP, pacchetto office)

Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato direttamente alle dipendenze del nostro cliente.

Inquadramento : Manager, risponde al Direttore di Produzione.
