In short
The Digital Transformation Team is seeking a Content Project Manager to manage, deliver and maintain all content to feed our B2B digital ecosystem (Virtual Showroom, B2B webshop, and Showrooms).Our digital products enable our wholesale sales teams to sell our collections to our retail partners in a highly innovative and digital environment. Working within a growing digital sales team, you will be responsible for all areas of seasonal content planning, management and maintenance with the goal of taking our digital products to the next level.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on projects such as 3D asset creation, photography and video production, master data management, editorial copy, local translations and more.
This would be a short-term, temporary 12-month assignment.
Your mission
– Lead the seasonal process of defining all content requirements for our B2B products.
– Implement, own and track a thorough content creation plan with a clear focus on end-user requirements.
– Collaborate cross functionally to ensure that teams are aware of requirements and timelines and all content is delivered on time and in full.
– Create content briefs for all relevant internal and external teams.
– Work with internal and external partners on projects such as 3D asset creation, photography and video production, master data management, editorial, signage and seasonal decks.
– Manage all population of content through our CMS system and mass upload programme ensuring readiness for key seasonal milestones (eg Global Sales Summit).
– Regularly audit and ensure the accuracy of all content within the Showtime ecosystem.
– Continuously update content with the most up to date version to ensure it’s the one source of truth for our wholesale sales teams.
– Constantly evaluate the content portfolio to ideate new and innovative content sources.
Your story
– You have 3+ years of experience in a content focused role ideally in a sports or fashion/lifestyle environment.
– You have the ability to demonstrate strong project management skills
– You are detail-oriented with the ability to focus on all areas of a project or task, no matter how small
– You have experience managing large data and content sets within a CMS
– You’re a great network builder and effectively connect with a diverse team of stakeholders
– You’re able to think about the bigger picture with a future vision mindset
– You are passionate about implementing digital transformation initiatives
– You have experience with 3D and creative projects is a plus but not required
– You have a business proficiency in English
