Your role

As Account Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are assisting to CRMs and Account Manager for off-shore colleagues and actively support them.Your responsibilities

  • Support colleagues off-shore in the operation of their shared Swiss booked accounts
  • Deal with clients (order and trades)
  • Administrative tasks for the Booking Center such as Payments, Liquidity management, listings, reportings etc.Your profile
    • University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
    • 4 years of practical experience in a similar position or as CRM Assistant
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage 
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to weight problems and set priorities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as ability to work with various stakeholder
    • Capability to work independently and hands-on mentality 
    • Fluency in English
