Clinical Vendor Manager vacancy requiring profound Pharma and Risk Management knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

Leading and overseeing third-party due diligence processes, ensuring thoroughness and complianceIdentifying and mitigating risks associated with third-party engagements, ensuring robust risk management strategiesMaintaining high standards of documentation quality and completeness in Third-Party Management systemsCollaborating with third parties to facilitate the exchange of materials and information necessary for due diligenceContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the global Third-Party Management processProviding expertise and training to operational teams and ensuring adherence to SOPs and business guidance



Your experience/knowledge:

Previous experience in clinical vendor management or similar roles within clinical researchComprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research and drug developmentFamiliarity with procurement processes and managing external suppliersGood understanding of clinical data systems/platforms and integrationUniversity degree in a life science or health care disciplineLanguage skills: English - fluent in written and spoken



Your soft skills:

Strong skills in negotiating, managing, and supervising third-party vendors and external suppliers
