Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein?

Einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss mit Vertiefung im Bereich Produktmanagement, Innovationsmanagement und/oder Marketing

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager*in oder Projektleiter*in, idealerweise im Bereich Kranken- und Unfallversicherung

Ein hohes Abstraktionsvermögen sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und eine teamorientierte Denkweise
