We are delighted to announce an opening for a Shop Attendant to join our client, a leader in the luxury wine market, in Zurich. We're looking for a professional who's ready to bring their enthusiasm, organizational skills, and customer service expertise to a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily tasks, including store restocking and customer reception for purchases and/or events.

  • Ensuring store coverage and operation, delivering the highest level of service to all customers.

  • Proactively collaborating with colleagues to implement efficient procedures and provide the best service.

  • Handle our substantial product inventory with a high level of responsibility.

  • Reporting and anticipating issues, and providing solutions.

  • Use your excellent communication skills to provide valuable consultancy to our customers

    qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with the public

    • Strong organizational ability and a sense of responsibility, with experience managing a substantial product inventory

    • Language proficiency: Excellent/native level in German and/or Swiss German, and a good knowledge of English or French

    • Strong wine knowledge

    • Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office

    • Dynamic, ambitious individual with a strong sense of business and commerce.

    • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a retail environment

    • Sales acumen, with the ability to provide consultancy to customers

    • A proactive attitude, with a predisposition for communication and problem-solving
