We are looking for a young talented and committed Accountant to join our team to help manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, and support the Head of Finance in all financial tasks.

Working with an international company, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. In addition to your accounting responsibilities, you will participate in all closing, forecasting and budgeting processes to provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial positions, liquidity and cash flows of our business. Your responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping

Manage all accounting transactions

Support forecasting and budgeting exercise

Support for preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Support for preparation of management reporting on business performance, liquidity, etc

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Prepare and ensure timely bank payments

Reconcile and validate expenses reports

Support for preparation of tax/VAT returns

Support for designing policies by establishing standards and procedures

Insure compliance with financial policies and regulations

Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessaryDesired skills

Federal Diploma for commercial employees (CFC) or equivalent

Additional certification is an asset

5+ years of work experience as an Accountant

Work experience for fiduciary services is an asset

Fluent in French and English

Strong attention to details and good analytical skills

Ability to work independently, efficiently and solution oriented

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

Hands-on experience with accounting softwares

Advanced MS Excel skills

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work in a multicultural environment

Swiss national, EU national or a work permit enabling you to work in Switzerland
