How you can make an impact 
As part of our Digital Customer team you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing the Salesforce Platform suite to enable business excellence. In our team, you will work from day one directly for a diverse range of customers. You will have a great deal of responsibilities and opportunities for personal initiative. In a multidisciplinary and diverse team, your contribution to projects is indispensable from the start. 
How you can make an impact 
As a Salesforce Solution Architect in Digital Customer, we expect you to efficiently balance your technical Salesforce expertise with strong leadership and management skills to guide the teams you will be responsible for and deliver successful projects that meet clients' needs and expectations. 
  • Using your expert knowledge of the Salesforce Solution Architecture, lead the architecture design of innovative solutions that meet or exceed client's expectations to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment 
  • Cultivating the end-to-end development of market activities such as responding to procurement/RFP/RFI/pre-sales activity, being an industry thought leader, engaging customers in discovery exercises and developing new and existing relationships
  • Use Salesforce’s AI capabilities (like Einstein) to design and implement intelligent solutions that can automate processes, predict outcomes, and provide personalized recommendations to users 
  • Participate in the design and implementation of customizations, integrations, and enhancements to the Salesforce platform
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and continuously evaluate and recommend new ways to optimize our customers’ platforms, in alignment with their business
  • Develop and promote internal best practices and standards for Salesforce architecture. Lead, mentor and develop colleagues by challenging them to stretch themselves professionally and thinking out of the box
  • Recommending and implementing actions for continuous improvement
Who we are looking for 
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, enabling you to achieve the best results for your clients, working with a variety of stakeholders in Switzerland
  • You have 6+ years of architecture experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and are Salesforce certified 
  • You are passionate about digitisation and are continuously staying informed of the latest innovations that can benefit businesses, both in Sales and Services 
  • You have a strong experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking 
  • You are open to working abroad and have a good sense of political relationships and cultural differences 
  • You are fluent in German or French and in English
