As a Strategy Senior Manager focused on Financial Services based in Geneva, you will work together with your team to solve never-before-seen challenges, bring your bold perspective into action, and develop transformative strategies on all organizational levels.

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you’ll have to have:
Extensive experience (7+ years) and background in strategy consulting within a consulting firm or related experience in an industry/ start-up role in the Financial Services sectorUniversity degree from a reputable institution/MBA from a leading business schoolFluency in English and French are required, German is a nice to haveIncisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis, frameworks and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detailAbility to structure, manage and deliver change with strong leadership capabilities and an enthusiastic, positive, can do attitudeStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence and passionate about doing an outstanding job for the client
