employees from over ten nationalities. Bernex sets standards for CVD equipment, as a machine and plant
engineering specialist. Bernex is a 100% subsidiary of IHI Hauzer, based in the Netherlands (Venlo). Since 2012
Bernex is part of the Japanese IHI Group. Today, the Hauzer Group has over 240 employees, distributed
between the headquarters in the Netherlands and our offices in Japan, China, Switzerland and the USA. IHI

who are looking for best-in-class solutions for chemical vapor deposition, aluminizing or infiltration (CVD, CVA
and CVI).

Due to our rapid growth, we need support of a:
YOUR TASKS YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOUR SKILLS, YOUR
- Investigate the markets with respect to customer PERSONALITY
needs, technical trends and competitors • Technical background in an industry sector (for - Answer customer inquiries on equipment and services, instance equipment manufacturing, metallurgy or
negotiate with the stakeholders chemistry for at least 5 years) with a proven track - Participate to the elaboration and implement the record of business development
group’s sales and marketing policy • Sales mindset, communication capabilities (team - Maintain customer and prospect data (contacts, player) and consensus building
documents, offers in the CRM/ERP system) • Material science / Chemistry / Metallurgy - Manage and develop customer relationship as well as competencies is an advantage
