Während deiner 18 Monate bei uns im Group Internal Audit erhältst du konzernweite Einblicke in die Organisation und Prozesse und hast die Möglichkeit, dabei vielfältige Einsichten und Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen. Grundsätzlich arbeitest du am Hauptsitz in Basel.
Mit welchen Themen du dich bei uns konkret beschäftigst, besprechen wir miteinander. Für deine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe bekommst du Support, Mentoring und ein grosses Trainee-Netzwerk. Du lernst “on the job”, planst, setzt um, begleitest Auditprojekte und unterstützt uns bei unserem kulturellen Wandel. Und nebenher baust du dir dein eigenes Netzwerk auf. Dein Team Unser Team «Group Internal Audit» setzt sich aus Fach- und IT Revisor:innen zusammen, welche einen ganz unterschiedlichen Rucksack an Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen mitbringen. Gemeinsam verfolgen wir unsere Vision, für den Verwaltungsrat und das Management unabhängige, objektive Prüfungs- und Beratungs-Dienstleistungen zu erbringen, welche darauf ausgerichtet sind, Mehrwerte zu schaffen und die Geschäftsprozesse zu verbessern. Dank deinem Mut und deiner Neugier, fällt es dir leicht, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und Neues auszuprobieren. Konstruktiv wertschätzender Umgang setzen wir voraus. Wir diskutieren auf Augenhöhe und lernen voneinander - in einem Umfeld, in dem du fachlich wie persönlich auf viel Erfahrung setzen darfst. Wichtig ist, dass du gut organisiert bist, mitdenkst, weiterdenkst, querdenkst – Fragen hast und Lösungen siehst. Zusammenarbeit und offenes Miteinander sind Baloise Kultur.
Was noch?
  • Masterabschluss (vorzugsweise Wirtschaftsinformatik / Betriebswirtschaft)
  • hohe Affinität und Erfahrung mit datenbasierten Auswertungen (Data Analytics)
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Französisch und Niederländisch sind ein Plus)
  • Erste Arbeitserfahrungen
