Your responsibilities

Drive projects to improve output, quality, and on-time deliveryMonitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement structured yield improvementsBe the technical reference within the manufacturing & supply chain organizationOwnership of a set of products in terms of quality and testingTake responsibility for the NPI, ECR and ECO processesProvide first level support, report technical issues and production downtimeWork in close collaboration with R&D and ensure knowledge transferCoach, train and support team members

 Your profile:

BSc or FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics5 years+ experience as production engineer in an industrial environmentProven experience with manufacturing process and new product introductionExperience with calibration and testing scripts, Python is a plusDeep understanding of production processes and ERP systemsLean Six Sigma certification and proven project management experienceExcellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working styleFluent English, German is a big plusWe offer a diverse work environment with an open and transparent company culture where personal development forms the basis of our success.
