Wir sind das erste Hyatt Regency der Schweiz im CIRCLE am Flughafen Zürich. Das Hotel hat 255 Zimmer und Suiten und das Circle Convention Center ist direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden. Es umfasst über 2800 Quadratmeter flexible Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsräume und kann bis zu 1500 Gäste empfangen.

Babel - neu inspirierte Mezzeplatten, aromatische Salate, kräftige Joghurts und frisches Brot dazu Gemüse, Fleisch und Fisch aus dem Holzkohleofen - hier verbindet sich die köstliche Einfachheit von Libanons bestem Street Food.

Deine Aufgaben: 

“We care for people so they can be their best”... das fliesst durch unsere Adern. Du sorgst mit dem Team dafür, dass unsere Gäste immer wieder kommen wollen und nach dem Dessert oder letzten Drink schon die Reservation für das nächste Mal machen. Hier ein kleiner Einblick in das, was dich erwartet:

  • Aktives Betreuen der Gäste vom Eintreffen bis zur Verabschiedung am Empfang unserer Restaurants und im Convention Center
  • Unterstützen unseres Serviceteams inkl. gelegentlichem Abendservice und am Wochenende
  • Verwalten von Individual- und Gruppenreservationen (bis 20 Personen), inkl. aller Korrespondenz
  • Beantworten diverser Anfragen und Emailkorrespondenz mit Gästen
  • Erstellen von Vorlagen und Drucksachen (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Unterstützen der Restaurationsleitung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen belangen, wie z.B. Trainings, Reporting, Rekrutierung, Dienstplanung, Kassenverwaltung.
