Der Verkauf von Liegenschaften an Investoren ist ein wichtiger, eigenständiger Geschäftsbereich von H&B Real Estate AG (H&B). Mit kompetenten Leistungen im Transaction-Management von Immobilien wollen wir unsere Marktposition weiter ausbauen.


Für unseren Bereich Transaction Management suchen wir eine motivierte und dynamische Person, welche uns Vollzeit an unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich unterstützt.Transaction Management Support (w/m) 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbereitung von Marketingmaterialien für den Verkauf von Liegenschaften (Verkaufsdokumentation/Teaser)
  • Sammlung und strukturierte Aufbereitung der relevanten Liegenschaftsunterlagen für die Transaktions-Datenräume
  • Unterstützung der verkäuferseitigen Due Diligence in der Phase der Verkaufsvorbereitung (Mietverträge, Grundbuchunterlagen, bauliche Themen / Zustandserfassung, etc.)
  • Erarbeitung von Offerten zur Gewinnung von neuen Mandaten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Unterstützung in der Transaktions-Abwicklung (Termine, Besichtigungen, Investoren-Kommunikation, Reporting an die Auftraggeberschaft, etc.)
  • Unterstützung in der Bereichs-Administration (internes Reporting / Organisation)

    Ihr Profil:

    • Betriebswirtschaftliche / kaufmännische / finanztechnische Ausbildung oder erste Kenntnisse und Ausbildungen im Immobilienbereich
    • Kenntnis von Grafikprogrammen, MS-Office Programmen
    • Freude und Kreativität bei der Gestaltung von Vermarktungsunterlagen
    • Deutsch mit Muttersprachenniveau; Schweizerdeutsch und Englisch sind von Vorteil
    • Fleissige und genaue Arbeitsweise
    • Analytische Stärke und Verständnis von Immobilien
    • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Durchhaltewillen bei hoher Arbeitslast
