Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser Rolle bist du Teil der Kampagnenkreise und arbeitest eng mit den Fach-Campaigner:innen als Sparringspartner zusammen.

  • Du entwickelst die politische Strategie und Taktik für definierte Dossiers und setzt diese in kraftvolle politische Kampagnenarbeit als wichtige Säule einer Kampagne um. Dabei positionierst du Greenpeace als relevante politische Stimme und bringst als Ansprechpartner:in für Medien und Stakeholder die Fakten und Argumente der Dossiers auf den Punkt.
  • Du beobachtest Entwicklungen der nationalen und relevanten internationalen, kantonalen und kommunalen Politik, bist nah am spezifischen politischen Prozess und hast ein starkes politisches Netzwerk (oder baust eines auf).
  • Du erkennst Momente für Greenpeace-Interventionen und nutzt diese zielgerichtet. Dir geht die Erarbeitung von Forderungen, Argumentationslinien und politischen Vorstössen leicht von der Hand und du gehst mit Freude proaktiv auf Politiker:innen und Entscheidungsträger:innen zu.

Dein Profil und deine Kompetenzen:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zum politischen System der Schweiz sowie zu umweltpolitischen Themen.
  • Interesse und Bereitschaft, sich in einzelne Dossiers fachlich zu vertiefen.
  • Umsetzungsfähigkeit von politischen Analysen sowie ein gutes Gespür für Strategie und Taktik.
  • Hohe Kontaktfreudigkeit, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine hohe Auftritts- und Verhandlungskompetenz.
  • Hohe Proaktivität, Hartnäckigkeit (kraftvolles Durchsetzungsvermögen) und Durchhaltevermögen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck Output zu liefern.
  • Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.
