Afin de renforcer notre Département P&C, qui propose à nos clients des services de haut niveau dans la gestion des sinistres, nous recherchons un/e Gestionnaire prestations de langue maternelle allemande avec de bonnes connaissances du français entre 80% et 100%, chargé du traitement des sinistres véhicules à moteur pour nos correspondants étrangers.

Après une période d'introduction au poste du travail les missions qui vous attendent :

Gérer de manière autonome et proactive les dossiers de sinistres des régions attribuéesConduire les dossiers de façon complète : ouvrir les sinistres, gérer les correspondances et lesentretiens téléphoniques liés aux dossiers ainsi que le traitement et le suivi, jusqu'aux décisions, payer les fraisInstruire et suivre les dommages, y compris les dossiers lésions corporellesTraiter de manière autonome les dossiers « cartes vertes », « 4ème directive » et « recours inhérents à un automobiliste étranger »Contacter nos partenaires à l'étranger, nos assurés et les lésésCollaborer avec les différents services et partenaires de notre société

Votre profil :

CFC employé de commerce ou formation équivalente, brevet fédéral en assurances privées un atoutExpérience pratique dans la gestion des sinistres RC véhicules à moteurMaîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)De langue maternelle allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de français (écrit et oral)
