In order to reinforce our Operations Data team, within our Supply Chain department we are currently recruiting a:
Data Analyst
YOUR MISSION:
Within our integrated end-to-end Supply Chain, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining analytics reports to facilitate decision making for the department, and ensure data integrity and quality. This role is committed to leveraging data to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of main internal processes. It involves tasks like analyzing data to identify trends and inefficiencies, developing data-driven recommendations for improvement, and creating reports and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Ultimately, your goal will be to use data to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to gather and analyze data on procurement, inventory management, warehousing, production, and sales.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies.
- Maintain established portfolio of data-driven solutions to optimize Supply Chain processes, such as forecasting models for demand planning and inventory management strategies.
- Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders across different departments.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Supply Chain initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
- Partner with other Business Analysts from other departments including IT, Commercial, Finance, and Operations
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS
- Master degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven previous experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Power BI and Python
- Previous experience with Google Cloud ecosystem is a plus
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts
- Microsoft office expert, especially Excel
- Experience working in a Supply Chain environment is a plus
- Fluent French, advanced English
- Analytical & synthetic mindset
- Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous and proactive
- Comfortable in changing and evolving contexts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
