You will be working closely with the management to establish document management with ELO as our new field of business. Furthermore, you will be working directly with our clients as a consultant to help them get the maximum out of the system and to digitize their processes. (60-100%)

Job Description

Consult the clients in the best use of ELO as a document management systemPerform requirements engineering with the clients to understand and document their needsWrite specifications and offers based on the requirements you establishedConfigure ELO systems to the clients needs as far as possible, otherwise document and delegateWork together with our developers and engineers to deliver the best solution for the clientsBring inputs and feedback, how we can develop ELO as our new field of businessIf possible, consult the clients on records management and digitizing of their processesAct as the key trouble-shooter in complex/escalated incidentsProject management for customer projects and internal projects (create project-plans and ensure a timely delivery, coordinate with stakeholders)Demonstrate capability to effectively assimilate new skills and use of new technologiesTesting, documenting and rollout of new software releases

Knowledge

Knowledge about document management is mandatory3+ years of experience in a similar role or working with a document management system is requiredExperience in working with the software "ELO" is a huge plusKnowledge about records management is a big plusExperience in project management is a big pluse-commerce knowledge is nice-to-haveKnowledge of agile practices is nice-to-have

Skills

Strong self-management and self-organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishStrong Business Analyst skillsGood logical and interpersonal skillsStrong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutionsStrong ownership and persistent attitude to tasksExperience working in Agile Environments and Scrum Teams are a plusProject Management skills are a plus
