Fondée en 1872, La LNMassure des lignes de transport touristique dans la Région des Trois-Lacs. Sa flotte se monte à 7 unités, dont un bateau à vapeur historique, le D/s Neuchâtel, construit en 1912.

La Société transporte environ 250'000 passagers par saison et parcourt pour cela plus de 90'000 km sur les 3 lacs et canaux de la région. Pour assurer ce service, la LNM emploie plus de 20 collaborateurs à lâannée et une proportion identique de collaborateurs saisonniers.

La LNM est propriétaire à 100% de sa société-fille LNM Gastro SA, active dans la restauration, à bord des bateaux et au Port de Neuchâtel. Celle-ci sert plus de 30'000 repas par an à la carte et lors des banquets.

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons :Un assistant administratif H/F saisonnier à 60%

Missions:
Assurer le conseil par téléphone
Traiter les emails
Accueillir et conseiller les clients au secrétariat et vendre diverses offres
Elaborer des offres et prendre des réservations dans notre système de gestion
Assurer des tâches administratives courantes
Assurer la permanence téléphonique environ 1 week-end sur 3

Profil souhaité :
CFC dâemployé de commerce
Expérience dans le secteur touristique et/ou transports est un atout
Langue maternelle française ou allemande, avec dâexcellentes connaissances de lâautre langue
Maitrise des outils informatiques usuels
