TECHNICIEN MAINTENANCE ET VIE SERIE POSTE DE TEST H/F

Le département Poste de Tests détient l’expertise pour l’étude, la réalisation, la validation et la mise en service des équipements de tests qui font partie de l’outil industriel de pointe de notre client.

Sa mission ? Concevoir, réaliser, valider et maintenir les testeurs qui assureront la qualité des produits conçus.

Ainsi, ce n’est pas moins de 215 postes de tests actifs, créés en interne, qui testent au quotidien la conformité et la qualité de l’ensemble des produits fabriqués au sein des usines de notre client pour garantir la satisfaction de leurs clients.Maintenance Technician

Ainsi, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Support Vie Série, vous devrez :

  • Gérer la maintenance et le dépannage des postes de tests pour assurer un haut niveau de disponibilité.
  • Assurer les études de capabilité périodiques des postes de tests. (Une formation est dispensée en interne pour ce sujet).
  • Réaliser le Hardware (câblage) des testeurs sur la base de schémas électriques.

    Vos rôles et responsabilités

    • Assurer les dépannages et la maintenance niveau 2 des postes de tests.
    • Organiser le travail (règles, informations, outils) de manière à assurer une productivité optimale
    • Assurer la réalisation de la partie électrique du testeur de manière professionnelle
    • Assurer le retour d'expérience Vie Série aux Ingénieurs Postes de tests pour prise en compte dans la conception
    • Accompagner et former les équipes maintenance pour des dépannages niveau 1
    • Consolider les activités afin de prendre du recul et de déterminer des actions amélioratives

      Vos compétences

      Vous avez des compétences en électronique, électricité et câblage. Vous avez le goût du terrain et êtes attiré(e) par un environnement très technique.

      Vous êtes rigoureux.se et méthodique. Vous êtes curieux.se, pro-actif.ve et pédagogue. Vous possédez un bon esprit d’analyse vous permettant de mener à bien vos missions.

      Des connaissances en LabVIEW sont un plus. Profil

      Votre parcours

      Vous êtes diplômé.e d’un BTS / DUT spécialité électrotechnique ou électronique. Vous avez 3 ans d’expérience minimum sur des activités maintenance industrielle. Ayant envie d’apprendre, ce poste est ouvert pour les personnes qui souhaitent se former sur la maintenance des postes de tests.

      Le poste est basé dans le Jura Bernois dans un cadre offrant une réelle qualité de vie.
