Senior Specialist - Innovation Business Strategy

As a member of the Innovation Business Development team, you will drive impactful and scalable innovation across the company by enabling strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration within and outside the organization. You will contribute to operational excellence through defining best practices, developing processes and tools, as well as leading project execution from ideation to scale-up.

Your Mission

Your mission is to be the strategic enabler for impactful and scalable innovation in the company. You will achieve this by identifying opportunities for collaboration, facilitating strategic discussions, and ensuring the successful execution of innovative projects. Your ability to manage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential for driving successful innovation initiatives. As an Innovation Business Development Lead you will:

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations and advise on legal frameworks and agreements.
  • Facilitate workshops and strategic discussions to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Define and implement operational best practices for the Innovation team.
  • Develop and maintain innovation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from ideation to successful implementation.
  • Assess and advise on the business impact of new projects and initiatives.
Your story
  • MBA, M.A. or M.Sc. Business/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, innovation management, business development or strategic partnership roles.
  • You have a passion for driving product innovation and can inspire others to embrace new ideas and approaches.
  • You are a skilled negotiator and communicator, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders both within the organization and external partners at all levels.
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, embracing challenges and taking initiative to drive projects forward.
  • You possess strong structured thinking skills, allowing you to create and implement effective structures that contribute to operational excellence within the team and organization.
  • You excel at leading cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Having a technical base knowledge is a plus.
