We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : SALES EXECUTIVE (m/w) - 100% Key ResponsibilitiesGroups :You will coordinate Groups from the enquiry stage to final invoice, collaborating with each department of the hotel to communicate all Group s related special requests and information such as VIPs, Group leaders, rooming list ensuring smooth and organized operations. Reporting / Sales & Marketing strategy : In order to create the most adequate Sales & Marketing seasonal strategy plan for the hotel, you will support in pulling out key data and figures from our PMS Opera at the end of each season and will co participate in elaborating the S&M strategy Sales Support : You will collaborate with the Sales and Market ing team on various projects in order to generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert potential guests into confirmed bookings, helping to drive revenue and occupancy. Covering Sales activities: While the Head of Sales is away on business trips or on ann ual leave, you will be handling all Sales related activities. Client Relations : As a Groups & Leisure Coordinator you will build strong, lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored experiences that surpass their expectations.
