Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst

CONTEXT

The Richemont Group Tax Department is recruiting a Senior Transfer Pricing Operation Analyst to reinforce its Tax Team.

Reporting to the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Director, the Senior Transfer Pricing Operation Analyst will work in close cooperation with the Group support functions (mainly finance, supply chain, and IT) and Brands and Regional functions. The Senior Transfer Pricing Operation Analyst will support the Tax Team in the application of the Group Transfer Pricing policy in accordance with current OECD Principles as well as international and local rules.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Senior Transfer Pricing Operation Analyst will provide support to Group Tax in the following areas:

Transfer pricing operations and compliance (70%):

• Perform periodic reviews of Group subsidiaries profitability from transfer pricing perspective;
• Make proposals of transfer price changes with Brands and Subsidiaries;
• Actively monitor the transfer prices worldwide & be the key contact for daily transfer pricing questions globally;
• Work with the Brands and regional team for the implementation of agreed transfer prices and other business terms in the ERP, consistent with Group transfer pricing policy and internal methodologies;
• Represent the team in the management of Transfer Prices in the context of specific transversal projects (Brand integration, Group subsidiary openings, operating model evolution, ERP roll-outs to new subsidiaries, etc…);
• Participate in tax reporting, deferred tax review and the central tax provision.

Transfer pricing process optimisation and automation (30%):

• Drive the continuous improvement of the Transfer Pricing monitoring process by collaborating with the IT function in order to develop value-adding resources for the transfer pricing team (Periodic reports/Dashboards);
• Coordinate & manage the year-end transfer pricing adjustment system-based process for group entities worldwide via the SAP based tool;
• Work on enhancements to tax reporting e-solutions, e.g., the central tax provision and year-end adjustment tools, in coordination with Group IT.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• University Graduate in Accounting, Finance or data related discipline;
• 5-6 years’ experience in a multinational company, preferably in a transfer pricing operation, finance or data analysis (previous experience in in-house transfer pricing or pricing management is strongly preferred);
• Strong knowledge of SAP environment;
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis & experience with preparation of dashboards/internal reports;
• Curious and strong independent problem-solving attitude;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact as part of a team as well as with various external and internal stakeholders;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
