On behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a company of primary importance operating in the Banking & Financial Services sector, we are currently looking for a talented Project Manager to join the team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects within the banking and payment methods industries.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality results. This is a challenging and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


⢠Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various banking and payment methods projects


⢠Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables


⢠Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified and tracked


⢠Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure project success


⢠Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders


⢠Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment across teams


â¢Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards


qualifications

⢠Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Engineering)


⢠Knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements


⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


⢠Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


⢠Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget


⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


⢠Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry is a plus


⢠PMP certification is a plus


⢠Agile and Scrum knowledge is a plus


⢠Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)


⢠Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines


⢠Strong leadership and team management skills


⢠Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment


⢠Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Italian and English.
