Als Senior
Product Manager Value-Added Services (VAS) bist du für unsere Produkte und
Dienstleistungen im Bereich Demand Generation-, Loyalty und Data Analytics aaS
für Endkunden und Händler verantwortlich. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung
von Produktvisionen und Strategien, der Entwicklung bzw. Weiterentwicklung
unseres VAS Portfolios.

Dein Impact bei TWINT:

  • Entwickeln von Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Bereich Demand Generation, Loyalty und Data Analytics aaS beziehungsweise Weiterentwickeln der bestehenden Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
  • Identifizieren von Kundenbedürfnissen u.a. mittels Data Analytics, um unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen weiter zu verbessern
  • Entwicklung von langfristigen Produktvisionen und Strategien im Bereich VAS
  • Durchführen von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Verfolgen der Marktentwicklung und Trends sowie Erstellen von Marktprognosen und Szenarioanalysen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Definition von Erfolgskriterien und Key Performance Indicators für neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen
  • Analysieren von Kennzahlen und Nutzerdaten, um den Erfolg der Services zu messen
  • Beraten des Managements und Bereitstellen fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Ausarbeiten von Business Cases und Investitionsvorschlägen für neue Produktinitiativen
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit und Koordination von Entwicklungs-, Design-, Vertriebs- und Marketingteams in cross-funktionalen Projekten
  • Unterstützen von Sales und Marketing beim Go-to-Market und im Betrieb
  • Führen von Diskussionen und Verhandlungen mit externen Partnern, Lieferanten und Kunden
Stellenanforderungen

Dein Profil:

  • Master im Bereich Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Vertiefung Data Analytics oder Statistik
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager im Bereich Demand Generation, Loyalty und Data Analytics aaS
  • Hervorragende Expertise in App/Web-Data Analytics und data-informed Product Management
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamplayer mit starker Initiative und überdurchschnittlichem Engagement
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
