IHRE AUFGABEN

Als Derivative Trading Credit Officer sind Sie verantwortlich für die Bewilligung sowie Überwachung von Kreditrisiken von Trading affinen Privatkunden. Ziel ist es, Markt- und Kreditrisiken zu verstehen, zu quantifizieren und richtig einzuschätzen und Kreditverluste zu vermeiden. Für die Kundenberater sind sie damit eine wichtige Ansprechperson in sämtlichen Kreditbelangen. Es erwarten Sie folgende spannende Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für alle kreditrelevanten Aspekte des eigenen Kreditportfolios, das aus schweizerischen und ausländischen Private Banking Kunden besteht, welche aktiv Trading und Derivate Exposure handeln:

    • Erstellung des Kreditantrages, Analyse und Beurteilung von Kreditgesuchen in Bezug auf den Kreditnehmer, den Sicherheitsgeber, die gewährten Sicherheiten für wertschriftengedeckte Kredite, den Kreditzweck und die Benützungsform wie Cash Kredite, Derivate, Hedges etc., sowie Bewilligung von wertschriftengedeckten Krediten innerhalb der zugeteilten Kreditkompetenz (abhängig vom Risiko-Rating und Limitenbetrag)

    • Bewilligung von kundenspezifischen Spezialbelehnungswerten bzw. speziellen Margen für margenpflichtige Derivatgeschäfte

    • Identifikation, Analyse und Quantifizierung von Markt- und Kreditrisiken

    • Laufende Überwachung der gefällten Kreditentscheide und Erkennung und Beurteilung von Kreditüberschreitungen sowie Vollzug geeigneter Massnahmen (zum Beispiel im Falle von Margin Calls), insbesondere aktives Management des Credit Exposures von Trading Kunden, welche mittels verschiedener Derivate (z.B. Futures, Optionen, Forwards) auf Devisen, Aktien, Anleihen und Rohstoffen komplexe Strategien verfolgen

    • Unterstützung der Kundenberater, insbesondere bei regulären als auch komplexen Kreditüberschreitungen, deren Bereinigung und bei neuen Kreditanfragen

    • Kontrolle von Kreditdokumenten auf deren Vollständigkeit

    • Administration der Portfolios, zum Beispiel Bewilligung von festen Vorschüssen, Zahlungsfreigaben und einwandfreie Dokumentation der Kredite

  • Unterstützung, Beratung und Ausbildung der zugeteilten Kundenberater im Private Banking und der Lombard Credit Officer, sowie Halten von Präsentationen bei den Kundenberatern und Teamleitern

  • Leitung von bzw. Mitarbeit in diversen kredit- und derivatbezogenen Projekten, mit den Schwerpunkten Margining, Verbuchen und Risikobewertung von margenpflichtigen Derivat- und Handelsprodukten

  • Analyse von Strukturierten Produkten und Festlegung der Beleihungssätze (LTV) sowie Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von neuen Methoden und der Automatisierung der LTV-Festlegung.

  • Erstellen von Reports, Statistiken und Ad Hoc Analysen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor oder abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Hoch- oder Fachhochschule (Ökonomie, Banking, Finanz, Recht), bzw. äquivalente Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung

  • 3 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung im (Lombard bzw. Derivate-) Kreditbereich ist zwingend

  • Fundierte Fach- und Produktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Derivate, FX Trading und Lombardkredite

  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der gängigen theoretischen Bewertungsmethoden im Bereich Derivate und Foreign Exchange (FX)

  • Ausgeprägte quantitative und qualitative Analysefähigkeit

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Vertiefte IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere im Umgang mit Access und Excel, Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit komplexen Datenbanken oder Erfahrungen mit Derivathandels- oder Abwicklungssystemen von Vorteil)

  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Verhandlungsgeschick
