Pour notre client, un établissement de luxe, nous recrutons un/e payroll specialist entre 60 et 80% pour un poste fixe.
Vos activités chez votre futur employeur
  • Diriger et organiser les processus de paie et de clôture sur différents sites, en partenariat étroit avec le service des finances
  • Assurer la gestion des assurances sociales pour tout le personnel
  • Collecter et analyser les données concernant les heures travaillées, les congés, les avantages sociaux et les ajustements de salaire, conformément aux lois en vigueur
  • Effectuer des audits réguliers pour garantir l'exactitude des données salariales
Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion des salaires dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et de la restauration en Suisse de préférence
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
  • Connaissance pratique du logiciel Mirus
  • Maîtrise de la convention collective de l'hôtellerie-restauration
