Wir suchen für die neugeschaffene Rolle meines Kunden einen engagierten und qualifizierten Wirtschaftsinformatiker, der die Unternehmensprozesse durch die intelligente Verknüpfung von Wirtschaft und Informationstechnologie optimiert. Als Wirtschaftsinformatiker hast du die Möglichkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, welche die betrieblichen Abläufe effizienter gestalten und den Erfolg weiter vorantreiben.

Die Aufgaben:
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung massgeschneiderter IT-Lösungen zur Unterstützung verschiedener Unternehmensbereiche (z. B. Finanzen, Vertrieb, Personalwesen, operative IT).
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Schnittstellenbereich zwischen Wirtschaft und IT.
  • Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports für die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Beratung der Fachabteilungen hinsichtlich IT-relevanter Fragestellungen.
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Datensicherheit im Unternehmen.
  • Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen und Technologien.
  • Schulung der Mitarbeiter zur effektiven Nutzung der eingesetzten IT-Systeme.
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, Programmiersprachen und Softwareentwicklung (Konzeptstufe), um mit Fachspezialisten auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren zu können (z.B. Software Developer).
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und deren Abbildung in IT-Systemen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Business Intelligence und Data-Analytics-Tools.
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denkvermögen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
