Your tasks:

Shaping the design, development, and scaling of a strategic workforce planning practice to optimize implementation and solution requirementsDelivering specific workforce planning products, such as demand planning processes and location analysisActing as an advisor and subject matter expert for business transformations, collaborating with business leaders and HR partnersDefining future roles and skills, analyzing workforce data, and forecasting headcount and people demandConducting scenario modeling, talent availability assessments, and location analysisTranslating data insights into actionable people strategies and initiatives

Your experience/knowledge:

Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or in a consultancy roleProven experience in project management, change leadership, and agile methodologiesExpertise in creating impactful presentations and narratives for senior leadership, including data synthesis to extract key insights and metricsDemonstrated ability to effectively influence and engage senior-level stakeholdersLanguage skills: English - fluent verbally and in written
