IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

  • Sie unterstützen das Produktmanagement / Key Account Team / Qualitätsmanagement und sind verantwortlich für die Definition und Umsetzung aller qualitätsrelevanten Anforderungen für neue sowie bestehende Produkte / Prozesse.
  • Qualitätsverantwortung bei Innovations- und Verlagerungsprojekten, insbesondere herunterbrechen der Kundenforderungen in Qualitätsplänen, Überwachung der Q-Plan Elemente (Prüfvorgaben, Erstmusterprüfungen, Rückverfolgbarkeit, Q-Nachweisdokumente, etc.)
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Verantwortlich für die Durchführung der D-FMEA
  • Unterstützung in P-FMEA
  • Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen
  • Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
  • Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Prozesse
  • Unterstützung Produkt- und Qualitätsmanagement bei Kundenbesuchen, Kundenaudits und Erreichung der Qualitätsziele
     

 

IHRE KOMPETENZEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Qualitätsfachmann / Qualitätsmanager
  • Technische Grundausbildung mit einer soliden Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Kundenreklamationen und Qualitätsvorausplanung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Qualitätswerkzeugen wie FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.
  • Systematisches, methodisches und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohes Mass an Selbständigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Kenntniserweiterung 
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
